General conditions of the contract

In order to use the website, or rather the services of My Dolce Vita, customers must read carefully all terms and conditions of the contract hereby stated and agree to the contents unreservedly. Should any of the following rules prove inapplicable the others will continue to apply in any case.

1. Definitions
The following definitions pertain to the general conditions hereby stated: My Dolce Vita: is a trademark of Noitutto s.r.l., a company whose registered office is in via Vincenzo Gioberti 1, Milan. Customer/customers: is the subject/are the subjects who benefits from/who benefit from the services offered, directly and indirectly, by Noitutto s.r.l.

2. Object
The general conditions of the contract hereby stated regulate relations between Noitutto Ltd., and the Customer.

3. Enforceable law
Relations between Noitutto Ltd., Customers and any third parties commissioned to supply services which have been ordered are exclusively regulated by the appropriate legislation in Italian law.

4. Supply of services
Some of the services offered by Noitutto Ltd. through My Dolce Vita may be supplied by purposely commissioned third parties, who will have the right to impose their own contractual conditions on the Customer.

5. Means of ordering and paying for services
The service offered and its relative price are specified in the proposal of Noitutto Ltd.; anything stated with regard to this in the “services” section of the website is purely an indication.
The price indicated in the proposal includes VAT.
Payment must be made by the following means:
-Some services require full advanced payment.
-Some services require payment of a sum equal to 50% of the total price agreed upon (which should be considered as a deposit against the total due) and/or credit card details with authorisation to debit the sum as a guarantee in case of withdrawal beyond the permitted deadline (see below). In this case the service ordered will only be supplied upon receipt of the deposit. Payment of the balance due should be made no later than the end of the service. -The Customer has the right to withdraw from the request/order of the service in accordance with Italian Law.
